Ein selten dargestelltes Motiv aus der antiken Geschichte: Phalaris, Tyrann von Agrigent, verurteilt den Erzgießer Perillos zum Tode in dem von ihm selbst geschaffenen glühenden Stier. Knapp unterhalb der Einfassungslinie beschnitten und mit vereinzelten, kleinen Tintenflecken, den Gesamteindruck nicht störend. Sehr seltener Druck in altersgemäß gutem Zustand.
