Aus einer Folge von 4 Kupferstichen nach Figuren aus Michelangelos Deckenfresko in der Sixtinischen Kapelle. Die Ausführung der Folge wird dem Verleger und Stecher Philippe Thomassin (1562 Troyes – Rom 1622) zugeschrieben. Unten links bezeichnet: “Michaelangelus / pinxit in Vaticano / Romae / Phls Thomassin s fec. / Cú privil. Súmi Pont.” Gleichmäßiger Druck mit kleinem Rändchen. Verso an den unteren Ecken Reste von Montierung. An den oberen Ecken fest auf die Unterlage montiert, dadurch recto leichte Quetschfalten.
