Description
Neben seiner Heimatstadt Venedig malte und zeichnete Music immer wieder auch Motive aus Umbrien und der Gegend um Siena. Diese sensible, mit feinsten, zeichenhaften Strichen ausgeführte Darstellung schafft durch das starke Helldunkel ein eindrucksvolles, gleichwohl schemenhaftes Bild der Stadt mit ihren bekannten Geschlechtertürmen, die sich hier als helle Masse am Horizont von der Schwärze der Nacht abhebt. Sehr gut erhalten.
