Description
Seit dem Zweiten Weltkrieg wirken surreale Tendenzen auf das Schaffen des Künstlers. Dies führt zu den gegenstandslosen Gebilden, die doch in einer Landschaft mit Himmel und Horizont abgebildet scheinen. Dabei setzt sich ein fast naturalistischer Himmel gegen eine kubistische Ebene ab. In den dunklen Bereichen mit Retuschen, sonst in gutem Zustand.
