Description
Gemeinschaftsarbeit von Johannes Grützke (geb. 1937), Jan Peter Tripp (geb. 1945) und Arno Waldschmidt (geb. 1936), das die nackten Künstler in heldenhafter Pose zeigt. Zu dieser Zeichnung entstand ein Buch der drei Künstler mit dem Titel “Pantalon ouvert” (s.u.). Hier legen die drei in satirischer Form ihre Kunstauffassung dar. Dort heißt es: ” Der Künstler, wissen Sie, ist ein Seismograph (…), gnadenloser Enthüller allerletzter Tabus.” (S. 35). In ihrer Monumentalität wirkt die Arbeit wie ein Manifest des Selbstbewusstseins realistischer Malerei, gleichzeitig ist sie ein Zeitzeugnis für den subversiven Geist, der die Kunst der siebziger Jahre prägen konnte.
