Verso mit dem Aufkleber der Bayerischen Staatsgemäldesammlungen, München. Während seiner Studienzeit in Karlsruhe beschäftigte sich der Künstler besonders mit Landschaftsmalerei in Öl sowie mit Porträts. Motive fand er vor allen Dingen im Karlsruher Stadtwald und im Hofgarten. Diese Dame in Blau scheint er auf einem Spaziergang in so einem öffentlichen Park eingefangen zu haben. – Rechte obere Ecke ergänzt, sonst in sehr gutem Originalzustand.
