Tiefschwarzer breitrandiger Abzug aus der Folge “Illustrations for Six Fairy Tales from the Brothers Grimm”. Zu Beginn der 60er Jahre hatte Hockney bereits eine Radierung zu “Rumpelstilzchen” geschaffen. Zwischen Mai und September 1969 zeichnete Hockney die Radierungen für die sechs von ihm ausgewählten Märchen direkt auf die Platten. – An den Blattkanten minimal gebräunt und mit leichten Handhabungsspuren. In sehr gutem Zustand.
