Bei dem dargestellten Gebäude handelt es sich um eines der bekanntesten besetzten Häuser Kölns (Ludolf-Camphausen-Straße 36) in der Nähe von Richters altem Atelier (Bismarckstraße 50). Die vorliegende Arbeit entstand nach dem farbigen Ölgemälde “Besetztes Haus” von 1989 (WV-Nr. der Gemälde: 695/3), welches wiederum auf einer Fotografie basiert, die Richter 1989 aufgenommen hat. – In sehr gutem Zustand.
Beiliegt: Derselbe, Besetztes Haus. Offset auf Fotopapier. (1990). Ca. 44,5 : 61 cm (Blattgröße ca. 50 : 70 cm). Probedruck.
