Description
Luftige, mit schnellen, sicheren Strichen gezeichnete Landschaftsskizze. Im Hintergrund ist das größte Schloss Schlesiens, Schloss Fürstenstein zu sehen, im Mittelgrund erkennt man eine um 1794 errichtete künstliche Ruine, die “Alte Burg”. Hier fanden im August 1800 mittelalterliche Turnierspiele in Anwesenheit von König Friedrich Wilhelm III. und Königin Luise von Preußen statt. – Mit leichten Atelier- und Gebrauchspuren, sonst von schönem Gesamteindruck.
