Description
Vorliegende Studie stellt höchst wahrscheinlich den Giacomo Piazzetta, Sohn des Giovanni Battista Piazzetta dar, der in der Piazzetta-Werkstatt, der dall’Oglio angehörte, oft Modell stand. Da Giacomo 1725 geboren wurde, dürfte die Zeichnung um 1735 entstanden sein, einer Zeit, in der sich der Künstler eng dem Werk seines Lehrers verpflichtet fühlte, vgl. Stich 17 der Folge “teste di carattere”. – Verso umlaufend in alte Sammlungsunterlage montiert.
