Gouache (1 Bl. doppelseitig, 1 Bl. mit aufgeklebtem Webentwurf) auf leichtem Velin. Ca. 25 : 34,5 (2) und 17 : 25,5 cm (1). Im Rand jeweils mit den Musternummern bezeichnet, verso 2 Bll. signiert, mit “Crocifisso di Savosa” und mit Anweisungen zur Ausführung bezeichnet.

Description

Entwürfe D-3a, D-3b und V-Ia/V-Ib in der späteren Schaffenszeit der Künstlerin in der Schweiz entstanden. Lena Bergner studierte am Bauhaus Dessau in der Webereiwerkstatt und besuchte die Grundkurse von Albers, Klee, Kandinsky, Moholy-Nagy, Schlemmer und Joost Schmidt bevor sie 1931 mit Hannes Meyer nach Moskau ging. Vereinzelte, nicht störende Bereibungen der Farboberfläche, insgesamt von sehr schöner Erhaltung.
