Description
Die Technik der rasch hingeworfenen Federzeichnung mit sparsamer Binnenzeichnung und plastisch angelegter Weißhöhung auf farbig gestrichenem Papier, von Daniel Seiter perfektioniert, vgl. dessen “Raub der Helena” im Metropolitan Museum (Inv. Nr. 2009.127a.b) und “Noahs Trunkenheit” (Inv.Nr. 2007.403), geht letztlich auf den Deutschvenezianer Johann Carl Loth zurück, von dem Seiter diese Technik übernommen hatte. – Von schöner Erhaltung.
