Description
Die 1573-1577 errichtete Villa liegt abgeschieden bei der kleinen Ortschaft Tomo am westlichen Arm des Comer Sees. Ihren Namen erhielt sie von dem benachbarten Wasserfall, den bereits Plinius der Ältere sowie der Jüngere beschrieben hatten. – Eine winzige Bereibung in der linken unteren Ecke, verso kleine Montagerestchen, sonst sehr schön.
