Description
Excellent, finely lined and strong impression of the only state. Trimmed to the plate edge. Nowell-Usticke has said of this early etching “Fine impressions very rare”. – With small foxmarks and remnants of former mounting in upper margin and on the reverse. A minor abrasion to the paper at the upper edge on the right, otherwise in good condition. Very rare!
