Sheet 3 from the series: The Small Passion. Excellent, even impression of the first state with the middle of Eve’s back shaded in cross hatching. Cut close to the edge, with a fine margin at the upper border. – Paper slightly stained. There is a closed tear in the upper edge that extends from the gap to Eve’s hair. There is a small missing gap on the lower left edge. With a smoothed vertical crease. Remnants and traces of an earlier mounting on the reverse, otherwise in good overall condition.
