Descrizione
Sheet 28 from the series: Los Caprichos. Excellent grey-black early impression from the first edition with the number and the lettering. The light grey aquatint in the sky still printing very well and evenly. The plate edge is clearly visible in the laid paper. From an edition for the Calcografia of 1799, with wide margins. – Isolated, barely perceptible foxmarks, otherwise in excellent condition.
